These Terms apply to you regardless of whether you are a “Member” (meaning, you have created an account with Faive) or are a “Visitor” (meaning, you are using or viewing the Service but have not created an account with Faive). The term “You,” “Your,” or “User” refers to both Members and Visitors. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you are using the Service for personal use only and not are not using the Service for or on behalf of any third-party, or for any commercial purpose.

We may modify the Terms and our Services at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we may let you know by email or by posting notice on the Service. Please review the Terms whenever we modify them. If you continue to use the Service after we posted modified Terms, then such use indicates to us that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. User-Generated Content: Products you save (Faives), Faivelists, posts, comments, and any content you choose to share.
Contact Information: If you connect your contacts (optional), we access names and emails to suggest connections.
Communication: When you contact support or engage with us, we collect related information.
2. Information We Collect Automatically
Device & Log Data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and crash logs.
Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, interaction timestamps, and in-app behavior.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies: When applicable on web, we may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance performance and personalization.

If you’re outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We ensure adequate protections via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other lawful mechanisms.
Children’s Privacy
Faive is not intended for users under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we’ll delete it.
