Welcome to Faive. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Faive mobile application, website, and related services (“Faive” or the “Service”), operated by [Insert Legal Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Who Can Use Faive
You must be: At least 13 years old (or 16 where required by law)

If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your Account
You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your account secure.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
You may not impersonate someone else, create fake accounts, or violate community trust.
You may delete your account at any time via settings or by emailing support@faive.io.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Faive for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Post harmful, misleading, hateful, or inappropriate content
Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or its content
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

4. Your Content
You own the content you post to Faive (including saved products, Faivelists, posts, and profile info).
By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within Faive for the purpose of providing the service (e.g. showing your Faivelists to friends or followers).
You’re responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe others’ rights or violate laws.

5. Intellectual Property
All Faive branding, logos, and the app design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use our name, logo, or assets without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Content & Links
Faive allows users to save and share products from third-party sites.
We do not sell or endorse those products and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, accuracy, or content.
Any transactions you make with third parties are solely between you and that third party.

7. App Updates & Availability
We may update Faive from time to time and may suspend or modify parts of the Service at our discretion.
We are not liable for any downtime, loss of content, or interrupted access.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or harm the experience of other users.
You may delete your account at any time.
Upon termination, your access to Faive will end, but sections that by nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, liability) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers
Faive is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use Faive at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faive and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use Faive in the past 12 months (if any).

11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Faive from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
